I liked this book, but it wasn't my favorite. It is about a scientific thinking journalist who goes to a small town in North Carolina to research a ghost story and try to prove it is caused by something normal, not ghosts. However, he meets that libraian and falls for her. She falls for him too, but isn't sure about it.
Generally clean, but there is a time when they spend the night together and the sex is slightly described.
